Q. What is mobile grooming? And why is it more?
A. A mobile unit is a dog salon on wheels, that provides top quality service within a climate controlled and luxury environment. We conveniently bring the shop to you with no cage drying, no waiting and no stress.
Q. When should my puppy receive its first groom?
A. It’s important to have your puppy groomed as soon as possible so they can get used to and learn to love the grooming experience. We recommend they come in two week after their last set of vaccinations. If its your puppies first time getting groomed, we recommend you start them off with an easy trim. During their first visit your puppy will be introduced in a relaxed and fun way to the sights, sounds and smells of the grooming salon ensuring that future visits are stress free.
Q. Can I stay and watch while you groom my pet?
A. As your pet loves you very much they will wiggle and move around trying to get close to you which is not safe while we are grooming. It is best to allow your pet some space for this reason. We are very happy to show our customers around the unit so they can see where their pet will have their treatment.
Q. Do I need to prepare my pet before its appointment?
A. We strongly recommend they have a chance to relieve themselves before they groomed. The physical shot records do not need to be presented at the time of appointment, but we ask that you have your dog up to date with shots before scheduling an appointment. Also, if you have a preference please feel free to have a photo of the type of haircut you would like.
Q. How often should my pet be groomed?
A. Depending on your pets coat, we strongly recommend scheduling your pet on a 4,6, and 8 week schedule.
Q. My dog is old, can it be groomed?
A. All senior citizens are welcome, however if we cannot safely comeplete the grooming process then it will stop immediately, and a $30-$50 surcharge will be applied. We are experienced in working with deaf, blind, arthritic dogs, and those with diabetes. If in any doubts please consult your vet who will help you to decide whether there would be any adverse risk in grooming your dog.
Q. My dog can be aggressive when being groomed, can I still schedule an appointment?
A. Call us before scheduling an appointment, its likely we will still be able to treat your pet.
Q. What if I am not happy with the service my dog receives?
A. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the treatment received, please advise within 2 business days so we can do our best to rectify it. Pet parents satisfaction is important to us. We take great pride in our service and want all pet parents happy as well.
Q. What if i need to cancel an appointment?
A. If an appointment needs to be canceled, we strongly recommend giving us a notice as soon as possible. Same day cancellations will occur a $30-$50 surcharge. (Cancelling an appointment will automatically forfeit your slot. It may take up 2 weeks to re-book if you are not on a re-book schedule.
